Attending the Forum

ARRIVAL & REGISTRATION

Please arrive no later than 11:30 AM at the Royal Sonesta Boston Hotel (40 Edwin H Land Blvd, Cambridge, MA, 02142; P: 617-806-4200). 

You will need to present your government issued identification in order to retrieve your name badge. If you are not a U.S. Citizen, please bring your passport, Green Card and/or visa for access and registration. Please make sure you wear your conference name badge at all times.

Cyber Trek Breakout Attendance will also be confirmed at Registration. Later in the day, you will be asked to present your government ID and name badge at the Cyber Trek location you selected.

PARKING & PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Parking: Should you decide to drive, parking is available at the covered parking garage, located adjacent to the Royal Sonesta’s front entrance also at 40 Edwin Land Boulevard. A discounted rate of $22 (self-park) and $24 (valet) has been extended to all Mass Cybersecurity Forum attendees. Please make sure you get your parking validation at the registration desk prior to the Luncheon in order to receive the discount.

Public Transportation: The Nearest T stops to the Royal Sonesta Hotel are: Science Park (8-minute walk) on the Green line and Kendal Square (15-minute walk) on the Red Line.

Session Transportation: Transportation from the Sonesta to all Cyber Treks, and from Treks to the Capstone Presentation/Networking Reception, has been arranged. For clearance and security reasons we request that you travel to the Cyber trek locations using the dedicated motorcoach to that location. This will expedite check-in procedures at each Cyber Trek and ensure the timely start of the presentations.

After the networking reception at ArtScience you will be transferred back to the Royal Sonesta Hotel to retrieve your car. You may also decide to walk back (10-minute walk).

CELLPHONE USE:

NOTICE: No photography is allowed at any of the 'Cyber Trek' locations.

If you are attending the IBM Cyber Trek, you will be required to turn off your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.
