South East Region

(Includes Brockton, Fall River, New Bedford)

The South East region has two major urban centers, Fall River and New Bedford, deep-water ports that offer easy access to global  markets. Designated as a Foreign Trade Zone, New Bedford is accessible to most major cities in the U.S. via overnight delivery . The city is also a direct port of entry to Europe and Latin America. Fall River boasts a robust textile manufacturing base and growing centers for startups. The region benefits from it’s proximity to major airports in both Boston and Providence, where train service can connect business travelers to New York and Washington via Amtrak.
