Massachusetts Cybersecurity Workforce Talent Challenge

Solicitation No. 2018-JAII-03

The Massachusetts Cybersecurity Growth and Development Center (the “MassCyberCenter”), a non-divisible component of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative (“MassTech”), is offering grants to catalyze new programs and projects designed to close the cybersecurity talent gap in Massachusetts, specifically at the entry-level training and hiring level. Not more than $250,000.00 may be awarded under this Solicitation. This Solicitation is open to both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

The MassCyberCenter is issuing this Solicitation to provide grant funding for cybersecurity workforce advancement in Massachusetts.

The MassCyberCenter seeks to support a pilot project designed to test or scale programs that adequately prepare entry-level cybersecurity job seekers to meet the needs of the future of cybersecurity workforce and help address the growing cybersecurity hiring crisis.
