Salem State University is hosting the AI Without Chaos: A Leadership Lab for Decision Rights, Risk, and Accountability course to look at AI adoption as a leadership and decision-making challenge, not just a technology choice. Using real-world experience from working with senior executives, Dynamic Escalation Solutions, LLC Authority Under Pressure Strategist Yuval Gonen will also share a practical framework for making responsible decisions about AI.
